About Nagaland Baptist College

The Nagaland Baptist College is an independent Baptist college located in Dimapur, Nagaland, India.  Our campus is on 10 acres 6 km from 4 Mile Dimapur.  We are anticipating approximately 100 students this year.  Ninety-five students have graduated from our college.    

Our school year is divided into two semesters.  The first semester begins in June and ends in October.  The second semester begins in November and ends in April.  We offer a well rounded bible education based on the ten major doctrines of the Bible.  We use only the King James Version Bible.  Our instructors all hold advanced degrees in their field of teaching.

We offer Bachelors of Theology, Bachelors of Religious Education and Bachelors of Divinity.  For Bachelors of Theology, the requirement is a high school diploma and you will finish in four years.  If you have some university training, then you can finish in three years.  For the Bachelors of Divinity dgree, you must have a Bachelors degree of Theology  from our college and an equivalent college.  Thus, it will require one additonal year of training.  We now offer Masters of Divinity degree which will require one more year of training above the Bachelors of Divinity from our college or equivalent college.  We also offer Masters of Religious Education degree which requires two years of study.  For more information on our degrees, please click on Degrees link.  In the future, we are planning for Masters of Theology.
